Core Values

Core values are the “Why” of St. Thomas. They are the foundation of both the parish’s missional identity and vision.  As a result of the parish wide recent Listening Process, the Vestry adopted the following as the parish’s Core Values:

1.  Worship that calls all into deeper communion with God
2.  Welcome, inclusion, and ongoing care of one another
3.  Community engagement and service
4.  Ministry to equip young people for lives of value, faith, and meaning
5.  A culture of generosity
