Welcome Schroeder Stribling
Capital Campaign Senior Development Consultant

Schroeder Stribling is a senior nonprofit leader, social justice advocate, and champion for human flourishing with over three decades of experience guiding complex, growth-oriented organizations. She has led national and local nonprofits including Mental Health America and N Street Village, bringing a heart and humor leadership, and known for holding together a deep concern for human suffering with a hopeful imagination for what communities can become at their best. She has a broad background in nonprofit advancement alongside extensive experience with fundraising campaigns, including a church campaign with her DC parish of St. Columba’s. Her vocation has woven together clinical social work, organizational growth, and faith-rooted service, and been rooted in pursuit of individual and community flourishing.
Schroeder and her wife, Betsy, make their home in Sun Valley with their dog Rosie and cat Lou. Her life and work have been deeply shaped by long-term membership and service in the Episcopal Church – at St. Columba’s in Washington, DC, and now as a member of St. Thomas Church in Sun Valley. She looks forward to talking with us on Sunday about her experience and her new arrival as our new Senior Development Consulatant.
